Bournemouth substitute Enes Unal scored a minute after coming on to secure a 2-2 comeback draw with West Ham United, cancelling out Callum Wilson's first-half double as the south-coast side remain unbeaten at home in the Premier League.

Wilson scored against his former club after 11 minutes from West Ham goalkeeper Alphonse Areola's long ball. He scored again in the 35th, controlling Jean-Clair Todibo's header with his chest before finding the top corner with a half-volley.

Max Kilman's handball gave Bournemouth a penalty, which Marcus Tavernier converted in the 69th minute and the hosts' push for an equaliser paid off in the 81st when Marcos Senesi's through ball found the unmarked Unal in the box.

Promoted Sunderland suffered only their third Premier League defeat of the season as Raul Jimenez's late goal gave Fulham a 1-0 win in the driving rain at Craven Cottage.

Surprise packages Sunderland looked set to grind out a point but Jimenez broke the deadlock in the 84th minute as he slid in to convert a superb low cross by substitute Samuel Chukwueze.

It was hard on Sunderland but a fair reward for Fulham's persistence as they carved out the better chances.

Sunderland dropped to sixth with 19 points while Fulham eased up to 14th with 14 points after a second league win in their last seven matches.

Bart Verbruggen was the hero for Brighton after his stoppage-time penalty save from Igor Thiago earned a dramatic 2-1 home victory over Brentford.

The Seagulls had been set to taste defeat in Fabian Hurzeler's 50th match in charge after Thiago's ice-cool first-half spot-kick had the visitors in front.

Danny Welbeck's 71st-minute leveller sparked a grandstand finish for Brighton with substitute Jack Hinshelwood able to complete the turnaround with six minutes left.

Rob Edwards suffered a 2-0 defeat to Crystal Palace in his first game in charge of Wolves via second-half goals from Daniel Munoz and Yeremy Pino.

Edwards left Middlesbrough to join Wolves 10 days ago but the change of manager did not stop them from suffering a 10th league defeat of the campaign.
