Tottenham battled from two goals down to draw 2-2 at Brighton with Jan Paul van Hecke's own goal giving the visitors a deserved share of the spoils.

Van Hecke turned in a cross by Mohammed Kudus in the 82nd minute of an entertaining clash on the south coast with the point moving Spurs into second place in the Premier League.

Brighton went ahead with their first attack as Gambia forward Yankuba Minteh sped clear from a pass by Georginio Rutter to coolly round goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario and score.

Yasin Ayari doubled Brighton's lead in the 31st minute with a powerful shot that Vicario should have kept out.

Richarlison pulled a goal back just before halftime and Tottenham dominated the second half, with substitute Xavi Simons especially lively, but they needed a stroke of fortune to get themselves level through Dutchman Van Hecke's own goal.

Leeds came from behind to beat Wolves 3-1 and extend the hosts' losing start to the Premier League season to five matches.

Boss Vitor Pereira was backed by the Molineux hierarchy with a new three-year deal during the week but there was nothing for him to celebrate as Leeds picked up their first win since the opening day - and their first on the road.

Wolves are still without a point and defeat left them rooted to the bottom of the table, already four points adrift of safety and seven behind the newly promoted Whites.

Wolves took the lead in a Premier League match for the first time this season through Ladislav Krejci's first for the club but Daniel Farke's men ran riot in the last 15 minutes of the half to flip the game on its head.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin (above) started the onslaught with Leeds' first goal from open play this campaign, Anton Stach fired in a brilliant free-kick, then Noah Okafor's effort on the stroke of half-time gave Leeds a healthy advantage.

That did the damage for Wolves and fans aimed their chants at the club's ownership, Fosun Group, and chairman Jeff Shi, singing "you sold the team, now sell the club".

Tyrick Mitchell snatched a 2-1 win for Crystal Palace to beat West Ham.

Jarrod Bowen cancelled out Jean-Philippe Mateta's opener, but Mitchell had the final say to pile more pressure on Graham Potter's Hammers, who remain in the relegation zone.

Burnley and Nottingham Forest settled for a 1-1 draw after Jaidon Anthony cancelled out Neco Williams' powerful strike.

In the evening game Fulham stung Brentford with two rapid first-half goals to fight back and win 3-1 against their west London rivals at Craven Cottage.

Harry Wilson was the hero last season in this fixture with two goals in a stunning stoppage-time turnaround and it was his finish which capped a similarly eye-catching comeback, bending into the corner to give Marco Silva's side the lead only moments after Alex Iwobi's strike had levelled the match.

A mistake by teenager Josh King had earlier gifted Brentford the lead, an opportunistic finish from Mikkel Damsgaard midway through the half after the 18-year-old had given the ball away.

It was a rare bright spot for Brentford who were for the most part second best. Fulham added a third goal to reflect their superiority when Ethan Pinnock headed into his own net early in the second half, after which Keith Andrews' side never looked like recovering.
