Championship Mikey Johnston manages two assists off the bench for West Brom against Wrexham

Isaac Price scored twice, and Jed Wallace added a third as West Brom sank Wrexham 3-2 in front of their famous star owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney.

Lewis O'Brien equalised three minutes before half-time, but there was no Hollywood ending for the hosts despite Sam Smith’s stoppage-time strike.

Republic of Ireland international Mikey Johnston came off the bench in the 73rd minute and managed an impressive two assists in his short time on the pitch.

Johnston joined the West Midlands outfit last year for a €3.5 million fee following a loan spell from Celtic.

However, Milutin Osmajic struck five minutes from full-time to secure the points for Preston.
