A spirited second half display by Bohemians earned them a deserved point at Derry City.
Afolabi Akinyemi's first goal for the Candystripes broke the deadlock, before Ross Tierney levelled things for the Gypsies.
Unfortunately one of the main talking points after the game was the ugly scenes outside the Ryan McBride Brandywell Stadium as both sets of supporters clashed and caused havoc.
Derry started on the front foot with striker Akinyemi seeing two long range shots saved by Kacper Chorazka, while Michael Duffy also just fired wide from 20 yards.
The game was held up for a few minutes after a flare from outside the ground landed on the pitch and the Brandywell club's stewards took an age to address the problem.
Both sides had chances just before the break when firstly James Clarke saw his side footed effort easily gathered by City goalkeeper Brian Maher; then Liam Boyce's clever pass over the top released Dipo Akinyemi, but his left footed shot was kept out by Chorazka.
The deadlock was finally broken on 49 minutes as defender Brandon Fleming marked his debut with an assist as his left-wing centre found Akinyemi, who gleefully headed home at the near post.

Derry went close to adding a second with the last kick of the first half, but Sadou Diallo's lovely left-footed strike flashed just past the post.
To their credit, Bohs started the second half on the front foot and they equalised on 52 minutes as Clarke's knock down found Tierney free inside the six-yard box and the midfielder made no mistake, blasting home past Maher.
Chorazka was called into action just before the hour mark when diving to his right he gathered Duffy's 25 yard free-kick. Moments later a clever pass by Liam Boyce found Adam O'Reilly, but the substitute's piledriver flew well off target.
Duffy produced a super cross on 80 minutes but substitute Robbie Benson watched his glancing header, which had Chorazka beaten, flash inches wide.
