Republic of Ireland Head Coach Heimir Hallgrímsson has called up Stoke City midfielder Andrew Moran and Southampton defender Ryan Manning for the UEFA Nations League matches against Bulgaria.

Ireland are set to travel to Plovdiv for the first leg of the promotion/relegation play-off on Thursday before a second leg in Dublin on Sunday.

Moran comes into the squad to replace injured Southampton midfielder Will Smallbone while Manning is called up in place of Cardiff defender Callum O'Dowda.

Moran and Manning both reported for duty on Sunday and will train with the squad later today.
