Shelbourne and Athlone Town will collide in the Women's President's Cup for the third year in a row on 1 March in the curtain-raiser to the new campaign.
The clash between the league winners and cup victors will be played at Tolka Park with kick-off set for 3pm.
The 2025 SSE Airtricity Women's Premier Division season begins a week later on Saturday 8 March.
Athlone marched to their first ever league title under the guidance of Ciarán Kilduff in October. However Shels inflicted a 6-1 defeat on the midlanders in the Sports Direct FAI Cup final to ensure Kilduff's reign ended on a low note. He left his post after that game and subsequently took over as manager of the Dundalk men's team.
Colin Fortune has been appointed the new manager of Athlone Town and he will look to hit the ground running in the President's Cup this spring.
Last February, Athlone beat Shels on penalties to claim the trophy.
