Dundalk have confirmed the loan signing of midfielder Scott High until the summer.
The 22-year-old joins from Huddersfield Town, having previously spent time on loan at League One side Shrewsbury Town, Championship club Rotherham United and then with Scottish Premiership side Ross County at the end of last year.
He would have played alongside fellow Dundalk loanee Ciaran McGuckin at Rotherham, and he also amassed 60 appearances in the Championship across clubs.
He also previously represented Scotland at U21 level.
Dundalk will open up their new campaign on February away to defending champions Shamrock Rovers.
