Holders Derry City will welcome St Patrick's Athletic to the Ryan McBride Brandywell Stadium following the second round draw of the Sports Direct FAI Cup on RTÉ 2fm's Game On.
It's the only all-Premier Division clash in the last 16, which has also thrown up a Munster derby between Cork and Waterford FC at Turners Cross.
FAI Intermediate Cup champions Rockmount AFC will face Bohemians at Dalymount Park, while Dundalk, who knocked out Premier Division leaders Shamrock Rovers over the weekend, will journey down the east coast to take on Bray Wanderers.
Elsewhere, runaway First Division leaders Galway will travel to Dublin take on Premier Division strugglers UCD at Belfield, Kerry FC will entertain Drogheda United, while Leinster Senior League clubs Skerries Town and St Patrick's CY are set to face First Division opposition in Finn Harps and Wexford FC respectively.
The games will be played in the week ending Sunday, 20 August, with fixtures yet to be confirmed by the FAI.
