Dundalk and Derry City continue the League of Ireland clubs competing in Europe with games in Gibraltar and Faroe Islands.
Bruno's Magpies v Dundalk, Victoria Stadium, 5pm
Dundalk must cope with sweltering temperatures in Gibraltar as they face Bruno's Magpies in the Europa Conference League first leg.
It will be 32°C around kick-off so the Lilywhites have travelled out earlier to adjust to the climate.
Manager Stephen O'Donnell also took in a game between Lincoln Red Imps and Qarabag to get a look a the pitch in Victoria Stadium.
"The game was played on the same pitch as ours will be played so it was just to get a feel for the venue and watch the game," he said.
"It was a slow-tempo game because of the heat. It's very, very, very warm over here which is another sort of obstacle we'll have to deal with but it'll be the same for both teams.
"It was really important that we got out here on Tuesday and have a full day to sort of recover, acclimatise, and get ready and we're really looking forward to it now."
Magpies were set up as a local side and played their first European clash last year, losing to Crusaders.
Crucially they won the home leg 2-1 before the Belfast outfit took control of the tie.
One issue for Dundalk is the Magpies have made changes from last year.
They're in pre-season with a new manager and signings, so there is little for O'Donnell to go on.
"There are pluses and minuses," said O'Donnell. "We are match fit which is a plus but the minus is that we’re two-thirds of the way through our season and the opposition can see basically all of our footage.
"Magpies would have everything they'd want and need to know regarding us, whereas we've one friendly to go off where they made a lot of changes at halftime. They have a new coach from last year and a lot of new players and we only have footage of one game from last week.
"Is that the same way they will approach our game tomorrow? What team will they play? There are a lot of variables and a lot of things that we can't predict but our game plan won't differ too much and we just need to be fully focused on ourselves."
In a new blow to Dundalk Keith Ward is set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines after injuring his knee in the 3-2 defeat against Bohemians last Friday.
John Martin is doubtful. Cameron Elliott, Robbie Benson and John Mountney are absent. New signing Darren Brownlie has travelled and met up with the squad in Gibraltar but will not feature.
HB Torshavn v Derry City, Torsvoellur Stadium, 7pm

Derry City have been on the rise since Ruaidhri Higgins took over but one regret was failing to qualify through a round of the Conference League last year.
There was a fair excuse with Riga FC a formidable opponent for this stage of the competition.
Nevertheless it was a disappointment for City who feel they can make a greater shake of things this campaign.
Tonight they are in the Faroe Islands to face HB Torshavn - a tie which may seem easier on paper.
Higgins is warning it is not as simple: "They are a technical team. They like to play the right way, through the thirds. They have good players and a few internationals. When you get to this stage of the competition, every single game you play is difficult. This will be no different. If we do our business right, then there is no reason why we can't go and get a victory if we apply ourselves properly and approach the game in the manner we can.
"People may look at a club from the Faroe Islands, but those days are gone, finished. These clubs know how to play, how to set up and they will have done their homework on us.
"Honestly, I want to win on Thursday, I want to win the following Thursday, and if we achieve that, we will look to the next round. It's extremely dangerous to look too far ahead."
Derry were not at their best when beating Sligo Rovers 2-1 at the Ryan McBride Brandywell last week.
An injury-time penalty brought great scenes however as Will Patching netted to mark his return and Michael Duffy and Patrick McEleney are also back in the fold.
New signings Paul McMullan and Danny Mullen will be part of the squad while Sam Todd also travelled with his new team-mates to the Faroe Islands on Wednesday.
Manager Ruaidhri Higgins said that he was very happy to bring the new man in, and that he had no doubt Sam would strengthen his side's defensive options in the latter half of the season.
"We’re delighted to bring Sam back to the club and he has gained really good experience at this level over the last couple of seasons.
"We have quality players in our defence and Sam will definitely add to our options in that area of the pitch, with a busy second half of the season coming up."
One player exiting City is Ryan Graydon after he completed a move to English League 1 side Fleetwood Town for an undisclosed fee.
