Republic of Ireland attacker Chiedozie Ogbene scored with his first touch but his Rotherham United side conceded two injury-time goals in a sickening 3-2 loss against Burnley at Turf Moor.

The Irish striker was introduced on the hour mark, almost immediately seizing on Vitinho's sloppy pass to fire a rasping shot past keeper Arijanet Muric to put the visitors 2-1 ahead.

Earlier on, Ben Wiles had put Rotherham ahead after three minutes, the prolific Jay Rodriguez equalising with a close range header on 35. Ogbene looked to have delivered a stunning away win but Burnley would wrestle back victory in an elongated period of injury-time.

Manuel Benson levelled the match with a fine strike on the 91st minute, Halil Dervisoglu prodding home a scrappy winner all of nine minutes later.

Josh Tymon's goal just after the hour mark was enough to give Stoke a massive 1-0 victory at Wigan, James McClean and Will Keane playing the full 90 minutes for the hosts, the former again heavily booed by the fans of his former club throughout.

There were plenty of chances at both ends, with both goalkeepers making excellent stops to keep the scoreline level.

The woodwork also came into play on three occasions, the final time from the last kick of the game from home skipper Grant Hanley.

Watford made it back-to-back away wins as they beat Cardiff 2-1 to move up into the play-off places.
It was a fourth win in a row at Cardiff for the visitors and a fifth win in eight games under new boss Slaven Bilic.

The Hornets replaced Swansea in sixth place with goals from Francisco Sierralta and Ismaila Sarr completing their fight back after Cedric Kipre had given the home side the lead.

Sunderland midfielder Alex Pritchard's first goal since February helped consign his old club Huddersfield to a 2-0 home defeat.

Ex-England Under-21 international Pritchard struck early in the second half and on-loan Manchester United winger Amad Diallo wrapped up matters in the sixth minute of stoppage time to leave Huddersfield anchored at the bottom of the Championship table.

Goalkeeper John Ruddy's heroics ensured Birmingham secured a 0-0 draw against play-off chasing Millwall at St Andrew's.

In a game of few chances, Ruddy came to the hosts' rescue when he saved from clean-through substitute Tyler Burey in the 74th minute - just five days after his penalty save against QPR ensured Birmingham remained 2-0 ahead to win the game.
