Republic of Ireland midfielder Callum O'Dowda has joined Cardiff City on a three-year deal.
The 27-year-old has spent the past six seasons with Bristol City, making 176 appearances and scoring ten goals for the Robins.
O'Dowda has 23 international caps to his name but he's found it difficult to break into Stephen Kenny's plans. He is not part of the current Nations League squad and hasn't pulled on the green shirt since featuring against Wales in November 2020.
"I'm delighted," O'Dowda said after signign for the Championship club.
"It’s been a long process, from meeting the gaffer and going around the training ground, to actually putting pen to paper.
"The intent and the passion the manager showed, and also the business that the club has been doing in the transfer window, was something that I want to be part of.
"I’m at a stage in my career where I’m hungry, I want to achieve as much as I can, and I feel as though I could be hitting my prime now. So, it’s all about kicking on with the right team, the right manager and a fantastic club."
Liverpool have rejected a bid worth up to £30m for Sadio Mane from Bayern Munich.
The Reds were unhappy with the nature of the offer, which combined a basic guaranteed fee of £23.5m with £6.5m in potential add-ons they considered unrealistic.
It is the second time the Premier League club have rebuffed an approach from the German giants for the Senegal striker, who is out of contract at the end of next season.
The first bid for the 30-year-old was worth up to £25m, with £21m guaranteed.
Liverpool are understood have been unhappy with these figures given that Bayern themselves are reportedly seeking €50m for their wantaway forward Robert Lewandowski, who is 33.
The latest approach has also been dismissed because receiving the full £6.5m in add-ons would be conditional on Mane winning both the Champions League and the Ballon d'Or in each of the three seasons of his proposed contract.
Mane's future has been the subject of considerable speculation since Liverpool's Champions League final loss to Real Madrid last month and the player himself has not given a clear indication of his intentions.
Should he leave Anfield this summer, he would do so after scoring 120 goals in 269 appearances in six years at the club in which he has won the Premier League and Champions League.
Yet Liverpool do not feel under any pressure to sell and have no intention of meeting with Bayern unless they can meet their valuation. It is understood they consider Mane of at least the value of Lewandowski.

Leeds have signed Denmark defender Rasmus Kristensen from RB Salzburg.
The Premier League club have announced the 24-year-old has agreed a five-year deal at Elland Road and will officially join them on 1 July.
Kristensen is Leeds' second signing of the summer transfer window following the capture of Brenden Aaronson, also from the Austrian side.
Leeds have not disclosed the fee paid for the right-back but reports have suggested it to be around £8.5m.
Coach Jesse Marsch, who worked with the player during his time at Salzburg, told the club's website: "Rasmus is a player who developed a lot over the last three years.
"He established himself at Red Bull Salzburg as one of their best players, a very good Champions League full-back, and a Danish international.
"I am totally convinced that he will continue to grow into a great Premier League full-back as well."

Matt Targett has signed for Newcastle on a permanent basis.
The left-back spent the second half of last season on loan at St James' Park from Aston Villa and played his part in keeping the Magpies in the Premier League with 16 appearances for Eddie Howe’s side, who eventually finished 11th.
Targett has now agreed a four-year deal to remain on Tyneside permanently with the club’s first transfer of the summer set to cost a total of £15m before add-ons.
Tottenham have announced the signing of England goalkeeper Fraser Forster on a free transfer from Premier League rivals Southampton.
The 34-year-old will join Spurs on a two-year contract on July 1 following the expiration of his Saints deal.
He is likely to provide back-up for Hugo Lloris in north London.
Forster made 162 appearances over an eight-year spell at St Mary's, including 24 outings in all competitions last season.

Jordan Ayew, Nathaniel Clyne, James McArthur and James Tomkins have signed one-year contract extensions with Crystal Palace.
The Eagles also confirmed they remain in discussions with Cheikhou Kouyate, whose deal is set to expire at the end of the month.
Defenders Clyne and Tomkins, midfielder McArthur and forward Ayew have made a combined 677 appearances for Palace and will each remain at Selhurst Park until at least next summer.
Real Madrid have extended the contract of veteran Croatian midfielder Luka Modric to June 2023.
The 36-year-old player, who was awarded Ballon d'Or award in 2018, has been part of Real Madrid since 2012.

At home, Bohemians have signed defender Ryan Burke from Mansfield Town.
The 21-year-old spent a period on loan at Telford, having agreed a month-long deal with the National League North side in February.
Burke played with St Joseph's Boys and St Patrick's Athletic before being signed to the Birmingham City Academy in 2017.
"I am delighted to have Ryan on board," Bohs manager Keith Long said.
"He is a player I know from his schoolboy days at St Joseph’s."He is coming to us at a good age to come in with four years at Birmingham and with a decent level of first-team experience with Telford this year.
"We are really looking forward to working with him and we feel he will strengthen the squad and give us competition in an important position that we need."
Burke will be eligible to play, with international clearance, from 1 July.
Meanwhile, in the women's game, Manchester City have announced the signing of Spain wing-back Leila Ouahabi from Primera Division winners Barcelona.
The 29-year-old has agreed a two-year deal with the Women's Super League outfit and will officially join them on 1 July after her current deal with the Catalan club ends.
Ouahabi was a member of the Barca side who won the Champions League last year and her other successes include five Spanish titles and seven domestic cup triumphs.
The left-sided defender has earned 46 international caps and featured at the 2019 World Cup.
Ouahabi came through the youth ranks at Barcelona but also had a three-year spell at Valencia from 2013-16.
