Neil Lennon steered Omonia Nicosia to glory in a fiery Cypriot Cup final, despite the team being reduced to 10 men after just five minutes and Lennon himself being sent to the stands in extra-time.
Lennon took the reins at Omonia Nicosia in March when he was handed a contract until the summer of 2024.
On Wednesday night his team edged pat Ethnikos Achnas on penalties in an ill-tempered clash at the GSP Stadium.
Abdullahi Shehu was dismissed very early on but Lennon's men dug deep.
The Lurgan native saw red in the final minute of extra-time after a verbal outburst, while he also made gestures in the direction of the match officials.
Omonia went on to triumph 5-4 in the shootout to lift the cup and earn a spot in the Europa League play-off.
