Michael Obafemi had a late goal disallowed as Swansea prevented QPR from moving into the top three with a 0-0 draw the Sky Bet Championship.

The result leaves the Hoops fourth in the table, nine points behind leaders Fulham while the Swans, who had midfielder Flynn Downes sent off in the second half, are in 17th position.

Obafemi's Irish international team-mates Cyrus Christie and Ryan Manning played the full game for the visitors to Loftus Road, while Jimmy Dunne did the same for QPR.

Elsewhere, Scott Hogan scored a late header, glancing home Jeremie Bela's cross from the left, as Birmingham came from two down to earn a point against Peterborough. It's a third goal in four games for the man with eight Ireland caps.

At Kenilworth Road Callum O'Dowda played 75 minutes as Bristol City were beaten 2-1 by Luton. Efforts from Tom Lockyer and Elijah Adebayo, around Andreas Weimann's goal for City, were enough to see The Hatters move up to tenth.

Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest beat bottom club Barnsley 3-0 to move within a point of the play-offs following a third straight Championship win.

Forest took the lead in the 15th minute when on-loan Aston Villa forward Keinan Davis slotted home his first goal for the club.

Ryan Yates added a second shortly before half-time and Brennan Johnson wrapped things up with a third in the 75th minute.

Coventry are up to ninth after beating Stoke 1-0 thanks to a second-half goal from Viktor Gyokeres.
