Jack Byrne has officially returned to Shamrock Rovers.
The 25-year-old Republic of Ireland international was instrumental in the Hoops' 2020 title success but then left to link up with Mick McCarthy at Cypriot side APOEL.
McCarthy was sacked soon after Byrne's arrival and a back injury disrupted his stay there.
Stephen Bradley was very keen to reunite with the playmaker and has now managed to further bolster his formidable midfield options with his capture.
Shamrock Rovers confirmed Byrne's arrival with a social media video that culminated with the Dubliner declaring: "I'm back."

RTÉ soccer analyst Lisa Fallon says that Byrne's return would be a big boost to the League of Ireland.
"He has so much in his locker," she told 2fm's Game On last night. "He brings so much dynamism and creativity to the way that Rovers play.
"You wouldn't know where you would find him on the pitch. He's so difficult to pick up and so influential.
"His touch, his vision, the way he can move the ball, he's such an exciting player.
"As a League of Ireland fan, I'm happy to see him back in the league. To have a player of that quality and talent is great for the league."
