Cup holders Peamount United will face Wexford Youths in the Evoke.ie FAI Women's Cup semi-finals, while Shelbourne and Galway WFC will battle it out for the other available berth in November's final at Tallaght Stadium.
Republic of Ireland boss Vera Pauw selected the teams out of the pot in a draw which took place at DMG Media Studios.
The semi-finals games will take place on the week ending 10 October.
League leaders Shelbourne last won the Cup in 2016, when they drubbed Wexford Youths 5-0, but Wexford triumphed in the competition in 2018 and 2019.
