The Hoops will begin the defence of their crown against Stephen O'Donnell’s Saints on Friday, 19 March.
Drogheda United make their return to the top flight by welcoming Kevin Sheedy’s Waterford to United Park.
Last season’s runners-up Bohemians travel to Donegal to take on Finn Harps in one of three Friday night games.
There are two games on Saturday, 20 March as Sligo Rovers welcome Dundalk as third plays fourth from last year’s Premier Division.
Longford Town can look forward to welcoming Derry City in their first game back in the big time.
Several reserve dates has been included in the new season, while the mid-season break has also stayed in the calendar, beginning on 30 May.
The EA Sports Cup will not take place this year.
The season, which will see each team play 36 games, will end on Friday, 19 November.
