Treaty United captain Marie Curtin has announced her retirement after a long and distinguished career at club and international level.
The 35-year-old played for Cork, Galway and Limerick in the Women's National League, while also enjoying stints abroad with American sides Hofstra Pride and Long Island Fury, as well as Fortuna FK in Norway.
She won 55 caps for her country between 200 and 2012.
"Thank you to the good people in sports clubs all across Ireland who do the unseen work that means so much for players as we reflect back on our sports days," Curtin tweeted when confirming she'd hung up her boots.
"Looking forward to seeing Treaty United FC grow, the [Republic of Ireland women's team] continuing to grow and of course the [Ireland women's] team getting the spotlight it deserves."
