Rory Feely has joined Bohemians from SSE Airtricity League Premier Division rivals St Patrick's Athletic.
The 24-year-old defender, who began his League of Ireland career with the Saints in 2014, returned to Richmond Park last season after a two-year spell with Waterford FC.
Feely's performances with the Blues saw him land the club's Young Player of the Year gong in 2018, before claiming the senior accolade the following season.
The former Kildare minor player will be the second member of his family to line out for the Gypsies, with brother Kevin having represented the club from 2010 to 2012.
Bohs boss Keith Long said of his most recent signing: "Rory is a very experienced player having played 110 Premier Division games despite his relatively young age, having only turned 24 on Sunday.
"He is a very athletic and adaptable addition to our squad. He will bring good qualities to the team and give us options in several positions with his versatility and ability."
The Dalymount Park outfit have also added Dundalk forward Georgie Kelly and and Shamrock Rovers attacker Thomas Oluwa to their ranks during the close season, following the exits of Danny Mandriou, Danny Grant and Andre Wright.
