The FAI has disclosed that a second member of the Republic of Ireland backroom staff has tested positive for Covid-19 in Bratislava.

The member of the backroom staff had tested negative in Dublin on Tuesday morning but a positive result came from a test in Bratislava on Wednesday.

The FAI confirmed that the association employee is asymptomatic and is feeling well.

Stephen Kenny's side take on Slovakia in tonight's Euro 2020 playoff semi-final, the game kicking off at 7.45 this evening.

Adam Idah and Aaron Connolly have been excluded from the squad. Kenny did not explain why that was the case but Josh Cullen and Kevin Long were late additions to the squad.
