Brighton striker Aaron Connolly sat out the Republic of Ireland's training session this afternoon but is expected to be fit for Thursday's clash with Slovakia.
Stephen Kenny's squad trained at Abbotstown without Harry Arter, who remained at his club Nottingham Forest where he was set to undergo a scan on a thigh injury.
It remains to be seen whether he will join up with the panel ahead of their departure to Bratislava tomorrow for the Euro 2020 play-off semi-final with Slovakia.
Cyrus Christie, who replaced captain Seamus Coleman, and Kevin Long, who came in for the injured Darragh Lenihan, both trained.
The squad are now in a Covid 'bubble’ and will have one further training session in the morning before flying out to Slovakia in the afternoon.
