Sunday's Women's Champions League final will be screened live on RTÉ2 and the RTÉ Player for the first time.

The decider between Wolfsburg and the winners of tonight's semi-final between Paris Saint Germain and Lyon kicks off at 7pm in the Anoeta Stadium in San Sebastian, Spain.

Wolfsburg booked their place in the decider on Tuesday night thanks to Fridolina Rolfo's goal, which proved enough to sink last year's runners-up Barcelona 1-0.

PSG and reigning champions Lyon square up to each other in the other semi-final tonight at 7pm at San Mames in Bilbao.

This year, all ties from the quarters on have been played as one-off games behind closed doors in Spain due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

RTÉ's coverage on Sunday begins at 6.45pm, with Jacqui Hurley joined in the studio by Republic of Ireland internationals Aine O'Gorman and Stephanie Roche. Ruth Fahy is on co-commentary duties alongside George Hamilton.

Last summer, RTÉ and TG4 shared complete coverage of the Women's World Cup. It marked the first time that all the games were available on free-to-air terrestrial television for Irish viewers.
