Paris St Germain completed a domestic treble with a penalty shootout victory over Lyon in the final of the last edition of the Coupe de la Ligue.

The competition has been scrapped to ease fixture congestion and, after a goalless 120 minutes of action, Keylor Navas' save from Bertrand Traore teed up Pablo Sarabia to clinch the win, 6-5 on penalties.

PSG had already been crowned champions of the truncated Ligue 1 season, while they beat St Etienne to lift the Coupe de France last week.

Lyon, who had Rafael sent off in the closing stages of extra time, miss out on European football as a result of their defeat.
