The Republic of Ireland women's team will play Serbia in an international friendly fixture on 14 April.
Vera Pauw's side will play Germany in their Euro 2021 qualifier on 11 April and now the trip to Serbia has been added to the WNT's schedule three days later.
Ireland, who are currently in Montenegro ahead of Wednesday's vital qualifying clash, will travel directly to Serbia following the Germany game next month.
Meanwhile, in squad news, Stephanie Roche and Emily Whelan have been called in as replacements for Chloe Mustaki (knee) and Heather Payne (hamstring).
