DLR Waves 0-4 Shelbourne

Shelbourne kept their Só Hotels Women's National League title hopes alive with a 4-0 cruise at DLR Waves that means Peamount United require a point against Cork City on Saturday to seal the crown.

Had Shels failed to win tonight, Peamount would have been crowned champions, but a fourth-minute strike from Rebecca Cooke seemed to settle their nerves and Jessica Ziu's goal three minutes before half-time effectively sealed it.

Cooke got another after the break and Emily Whelan put the cherry on top to keep the heat on Peamount.

Shels have now completed their league campaign and sit top of the division on 54 points. Peamount are a point behind with their final game to come and a better goal difference.
