The Republic of Ireland have been drawn with the Czech Republic, Norway and France for the UEFA European Under-19 Championship in Armenia.
Tom Mohan's side managed to avoid the tournament's real heavy-hitters in Spain and Portugal and will quietly fancy their chances of claiming a top two finish in their group and with it, a semi-final spot.

Ireland qualified for the tournament with a 100% record in their Elite Round of qualification in March, claiming victories over Russia, Romania and Azerbaijan.
The Under-19s last met group rivals Norway and the Czech Republic in 2017, losing 2-1 to the Norweigans in a friendly and twice beating the Czechs by the same scoreline.
