Bohs are looking to maintain their impressive start to the season

Bohemians will be looking to move second in the table as they travel to face Sligo Rovers at The Showgrounds this evening, kick-off 7:45pm.

The Gypsies sit just one point off Dundalk and a further 10 points behind league leaders Shamrock Rovers following last night's fixtures.

Sligo, meanwhile, will be hoping to secure a home win to push clear of the relegation zone as they sit in ninth place with just seven points from seven games played.

Team News

Sligo: Ed Mc Ginty is still out with a broken finger, while there will be a late fitness test for John Russell.

Bohemians: Scott Allardice is a doubt having suffered a facial injury against Cabinteely. Cristian Magerusan (cruciate) is out.

Gaffer/Player Talk

Liam Buckley (Sligo Rovers): "Bohemians have had a great start to the season and will be a difficult test for the lads but it’s a test that we are all looking forward to.

"There is no denying that the last three results have been disappointing but we are getting to a stage now where we’re getting the squad back to where we want it in terms of fitness and having a near full squad of players to choose from.

Conor Levingston (Bohemians): "It’s a competitive league and there are no easy games. It’s my first time to play there obviously but the lads say it’s a hard place to go.

"But we’ll go down with a good attitude determined to get three points."
