An investigation has been launched into the illegal access of Alex Ferguson's medical records while the former Manchester United boss was in hospital being treated for a brain haemorrhage.
The 76-year-old underwent emergency surgery last May, from which he made a full recovery.
The Sunday Times reports that three people are now under investigation for looking at his files in the period he was treated in Salford Royal Hospital.
None of those under investigation were responsible for the Scot's care and it's believed they accessed the files out of personal curiosity.
Ferguson retired as United boss back in 2013, walking away as the most successful manager in the club's history, with his name on a stand and his mantelpiece heaving with silver.
He won 13 Premier League titles and two Champions Leagues in an incredible 27-year stint at Old Trafford.
