Dunne and O'Connor in as Ireland are hit by injuries

Jimmy Dunne and Lee O'Connor have been named in the Republic of Ireland squad to travel to Denmark for the Nations League game in Aarhus on Monday. 

Defender John Egan (calf), midfielder Alan Browne (shoulder), and forward Sean Maguire (hamstring) all miss out with injury, while both Glenn Whelan and James McClean also exit the squad. 

McClean is suspended. Whelan was only called up for last night's clash with Northern Ireland. 

Dunne will link up with the Ireland players on Saturday ahead of their departure to Denmark. 

Manchester United defender O'Connor will also be in the travelling party after impressing in training according to the FAI.
