Veteran midfielder Conan Byrne will look to fire Shelbourne out of the First Division after joining the Tolka Park side for the 2019 campaign.
New manager Ian Morris has boosted the ranks with the addition of Byrne and Oscar Brennan, who follows Dan Byrne from Bohs.
Byrne, 33, skippered St Patrick’s Athletic in his last match for the club after six years at Richmond Park, shining in a 5-0 drubbing of Derry City.

He had considered a few offers but has opted to aid Shels' push to go up next year, having previously earned promotion with club back in 2011, before he joined the Saints.
Brennan, 22, spent two years with the Gypsies after arriving from Cabinteely.
Shelbourne finished third last season, losing their play-off tie with Drogheda United on penalties.
Morris took the reins earlier this month after Owen Heary left the club.
