Callum O'Dowda is being monitored by FAI medical staff ahead of Tuesday's UEFA Nations League encounter with Wales, while Ronan Curtis has been called up to the Ireland squad .
The Bristol City midfielder is the only injury concern who was substituted at half-time after feeling unwell in Saturday's game.
O'Dowda received on-pitch attention at the same time that Darren Randolph was injured in the 23rd minute, however, the nature of his injury was unclear as the midfielder was not directly involved in the previous passage of play.
Enda Stevens replaced O'Dowda at half-time.
"We'll have to have a look to see how Callum [O'Dowda] is," said manager Martin O'Neill following the match.
"He took a little bit of a knock and was feeling a bit dizzy. He continued on from the knock, but felt a little bit dizzy."
Asked if O'Dowda had suffered concussion, which would rule him out of the Wales game, O'Neill replied: "I don't know. I haven't spoken to the medical people.
"They assessed him and decided [he needed to go off]. Callum himself, I think, wanted to continue on. He's a brave lad, but he was feeling dizzy. I don't know what the outcome is to that at the moment."
Portsmouth striker, Curtis, has linked up with the squad after featuring for the Ireland Under-21s in Israel last week.
Other members of the squad who did not feature at the Aviva took part in a training session on Sunday.
