Christian Eriksen, Mousa Dembele and Jan Vertonghen are all out of Tottenham's Champions League showdown with Barcelona tomorrow.
Eriksen (abdominal), Dembele (thigh) and Vertonghen (hamstring) join Dele Alli (hamstring) on the sidelines with injuries starting to pile up at Spurs.
All three will miss the tie and, along with Alli and Serge Aurier, will not be available until after the international break.
That also rules all five players out of Saturday's Premier League visit of Cardiff.
However manager Mauricio Pochettino confirmed that goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is available and will play after recovering from a thigh injury.
Striker Harry Kane is confident the injuries will not derail Tottenham as they bid to bounce back from their defeat at Inter Milan.
"That's the reason we have a big squad, it's time for the next man to step in," he said.
"Of course it's a massive game in the group, you never want to start with two losses. At home we have to be strong if we want to progress.
"Barcelona are a fantastic side but last year we proved we can beat the big teams, especially at home."
