Dundalk will take on UCD in the Irish Daily Mail FAI Cup semi-finals while holders Cork City await the winners of Derry City and Bohemian FC, following the draw which was conducted on RTÉ's Soccer Republic.

UCD of course stunned Premier Division side Waterford with a deserved 2-1 victory to send them through to a first FAI Cup semi-final in 11 years.

Stephen Kenny's Dundalk put four goals past Limerick to book their spot in the last four. And as they currently hold a six-point lead at the summit of the SSE Airtricity Premier Division table, they remain on course for a cup double in 2018.

Meanwhile, defending champions Cork City inflicted a 7-0 defeat on Longford Town last Friday to progress in the competition.

They will take on either Derry or Bohs who face each other on Wednesday at the Brandywell.

The fixture details of the semi-finals will be revealed at a later date.
