Republic of Ireland winger James McClean has completed a €5.6m move to Stoke City.
The 59-time capped international joins the Potters on an initial fee which could rise to €6.7m with add-ons.
The 29-year-old moves on from West Brom after three years with the Baggies. Two weeks ago he found himself in hot water after failing to appear for training at St Andrew's University, where the club were based for a four-day training camp.
He will now get a fresh start at Stoke, who were relegated with West Brom from the Premier League last season.
"James is a player I've admired for a long time," boss Gary Rowett told the club website.
"He has real quality with his left foot and he's an old fashioned winger in so much that he retains width and gives teams balance."
