Glenavon came from behind to beat Molde 2-1 in the first leg of their Europa League qualifier.
Eirik Hestad fired Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side ahead in the 36th minute at Mourneview Park.
But Glenavon were level within two minutes when Rhys Marshall rose splendidly to head home Andy Hall's pinpoint corner.
The Irish Premiership side went ahead after 59 minutes after Marshall beat two players and squared the ball for Josh Daniels to finish well.
The Norwegians had a great opportunity to equalise five minutes from time when Andrew Doyle brought down Daniel Chima in the penalty area.
But Fredrik Aursnes missed the target, for Glenavon to take a slim lead to Norway next week.
It will be more difficult for Glenavon as some players are set to miss the game due to holidays.
