Up to seven players could leave Limerick within the next 48 hours as they look to cut costs following financial struggles in recent weeks.

Mark O'Sullivan signed a mutual termination yesterday, with confirmation from the FAI that he is no longer a Limerick player.

Henry Cameron, a New Zealand international, has done likewise. He has been away on international duty recently.

Experienced goalkeeper Brendan Clarke, Daniel Kearns and recent signing Conor Clifford could also move on after Friday's crucial game with Bray Wanderers, with Irish League clubs monitoring the situation as well as League of Ireland.

Captain Shane Duggan and defender Darren Dennehy - two more vital players for Tommy Barrett's side - are also attracting interest.

Limerick had issues paying their players last month and are set to recruit players on smaller wages to replace their senior men in a bid to cut costs, as they cannot afford to operate on their current budget for the rest of the season.
