Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp said Mo Salah's place at the World Cup is in doubt after he suffered a shoulder injury against Real.
Klopp revealed the Egyptian talisman is having an X-ray after he landed awkwardly on his shoulder following a challenge from Ramos which brought a premature end to his final.
When asked if the Egypt international's place in the tournament, which starts in Russia next month, is on doubt, Klopp said: "Yeah it is. Unbelievable.
"There's something with the shoulder obviously. He's at the hospital having an X-ray."
Klopp was also left to rue the result in Kiev.
"The boys tried everything and it wasn't the best script for us tonight," the German added.
"Everything was great until tonight. We had a proper chance tonight and we didn't take it. That was it."

He added: "We came for everything and got nothing, minus nothing because we also lost a very important player and Egypt may have lost a very important player for the World Cup."
Real boss Zinedine Zidane hailed Bale's goal - but stopped short of ranking it higher than his own stunning volley in the 2002 final against Bayer Leverkusen.
"It's not the same thing. This is just the latest one that we have witnessed," Zidane said. "Gareth's goal was magnificent. Congratulations to him."
When asked if they would be targeting a fourth successive Champions League title next season, Zidane said: "We are going to think about what we achieved, enjoy the moment first. This is the most important thing now.
"We had a complicated season but to finish it with this result, this game, this great joy, makes us really happy.
"I've had a little bit of time to think about what this means. This is the status of this club. This is a legendary club, a club that has won 13 Champions Leagues so I'm happy to be part of this history."
