First Division Cobh Ramblers will host holders Dundalk in the semi-finals of the EA SPORTS Cup.
Cobh beat Longford to reach the last four of a senior league-wide cup competition for the first time in 35 years.
Sligo Rovers will host Derry City in the other semi-final at The Showgrounds.
The matches will be played on Monday 6 August.
