Ten-man Celtic extended their lead at the top of the Ladbrokes Premiership to nine points after twice coming from a goal down to clinch a thrilling 3-2 win at Rangers.
Graeme Murty's side were bidding to end an eight-match winless sequence against their Old Firm rivals and made an ideal start when Josh Windass put them ahead inside three minutes.
Tom Rogic equalised eight minutes later but Rangers were once again in the ascendancy through Daniel Candeias, only for Celtic to go in level at the break when Moussa Dembele struck.
The hosts were boosted when Jozo Simunovic received a straight red card for an apparent elbow on Alfredo Morelos but the Hoops went ahead for the first time thanks to substitute Odsonne Edouard's 69th-minute finish, two minutes after his introduction.
Morelos missed a gilt-edged chance to claim a share of the spoils for Gers after hitting the post from point-blank range with the goal at his mercy and Celtic hung on to claim a fifth successive derby victory at Ibrox.
Celtic captain Scott Brown was delighted to silence Rangers, who came into the clash on the back of six successive wins, scoring 23 times.
He told Sky Sports: "They did a lot of talking before and we stayed quiet, we do our talking on the park.
"We stuck to our task and we defended really well overall.
"We always believed we could do it, no matter what. We believe we can win here all the time now."
