Stephen Kenny, Kenny Shiels and Harry Kenny have been nominated for the PFAI Manager of the Year award.

Dundalk boss Kenny will win the accolade for the fourth time in a row if he gets the nod after another incredible season.

He has led the Lilywhites to three Airtricity Premier Division titles on the bounce, and could add another FAI Cup to the trophy cabinet if they can overcome Cork City at the Aviva Stadium - as they did 12 months ago in the showpiece decider.

The 44-year-old also broke new ground by steering his side into the Europa League group stages, beating Israel's Macabi Tel Aviv, drawing in the Netherlands with AZ Alkmaar and running Russian giants Zenit St Petersburg close at Tallaght Stadium.

They could yet raise the bar of their phenomenal achievements even higher by escaping from Group D.

Shiels has masterminded a very solid league campaign at Derry City. They are guaranteed a third-placed league finish, thus bringing European football back to the Brandywell next year,

Harry Kenny took the reins at Bray back in June. The Seagulls were in a relegation battle after the departure of Mick Cooke but Kenny rejuvenated the side, hauling them up to sixth ahead of their final league match of the season, against Cork City at the Carlisle Grounds on Friday night.
