Is Harry Redknapp the answer for Derby County?

Harry Redknapp has joined Derby as a "football advisor" for the rest of the season.
The 69-year-old will work alongside head coach Darren Wassall in a bid to reignite County's Sky Bet Championship promotion push.

What will the veteran boss bring to the Rams?
Redknapp brings a wealth of experience with 33 years under his belt as a manager with Bournemouth, West Ham, Portsmouth (twice), Southampton, Tottenham and QPR. He also knows his way out of the Championship, having achieved promotion with both Portsmouth and, as recently as 2014, with QPR.
What impact can he have?
Redknapp's man-management skills are well known, having coached and coaxed some special performances from players such as Paolo Di Canio and Rafael van der Vaart. The likes of Chris Martin and Tom Ince could be re-energised.
But isn't the transfer window closed?
Yes, but Redknapp could still dip into the loan market for another eight days. Maybe some old favourites like Peter Crouch and Niko Kranjcar will be on their way to the east midlands.
The downside?
Striker Darren Bent may not be so impressed. Redknapp admitted the former England international asked to leave Tottenham after his then manager had suggested his wife could have scored a chance that Bent had missed.
What is an advisory role?
Well, it may sound like a director of football. But Redknapp is not a fan of the term. So much so he once called them a "joke" and claimed he could never work under one.
So will the move pay off?
Robbie Savage seems to think so. When Derby confirmed they were in talks with Redknapp on Monday night, the former player turned pundit tweeted: "If @Redknapp is to go in at Derby, it will be a much needed appointment to help Wassall with his lack of experience which was shown on Sat. @Redknapp with his experience will defo help Derby in the run-in, good appointment if it happens."
