The FAI has released the SSE Airtricity League First Division fixture list for the upcoming season, which kicks off on the first Friday in March.
There are three games on Friday, 4 March, with Cabinteely hosting Athlone Town, Drogheda United entertaining Waterford United and Cobh Ramblers travelling to the capital to face Shelbourne.
Limerick welcome UCD to Markets Field the following day to round off the first series of games in the second tier of the domestic league.
Similar to the clubs in the Premier Division, the first round of the EA Sports Cup will take place on 21 and 22 March, with the second round on 18 and 19 April, the quarter-finals on 2 May, the semi-finals on 1 August, while the final will be on Saturday, 17 September.
The second round of the Irish Daily Mail FAI Cup, when the 20 SSE Airtricity League clubs enter the competition, is scheduled for the weekend of 22 May, while the final will be staged at Aviva Stadium on Sunday, 6 November.
The mid-season break will take place from 6-23 June inclusive, which means there will be no action during the group stages of the Republic of Ireland’s Euro 2016 campaign.
The fixture list is subject to change, depending on the outcome of the FAI Club Licensing process.
