Arjen Robben has been ruled out for four weeks with a left adductor injury, Bayern Munich have announced.

The forward was forced off after half-an-hour of the Netherlands' Euro 2016 qualifying defeat to Iceland on Thursday night with pain in his thigh and tests on Friday by Bayern club doctor Volker Braun in Munich have revealed a muscle injury in the region of his left adductor.

The 31-year-old now looks set to miss four Bundesliga and two Champions League games for Bayern, as well as the Netherlands' crucial trip to Turkey on Sunday.
