Derry City have confirmed Paul Hegarty has rejoined the club as assistant manager to Peter Hutton.
City were searching for a new assistant following the departure of Marty McCann last week.
Hegarty had been assistant to former managers Stephen Kenny and Declan Devine and was also manager at Finn Harps.
Hutton added Conor McCormack to his playing squad yesterday as they look to avoid relegation from the SSE Airtricity Premier Division after a dismal season so far.
