Fabian Delph and Adam Lallana may be doubts for England ahead of Sunday's clash with Ireland at the Aviva as both players missed training at St George's Park this morning.
The England squad continued their preparations for the upcoming double-header against Martin O'Neill side and Slovenia at the English national football centre in Burton-upon-Trent, but neither Delph nor Lallana featured.
Lallana was given permission to miss training following the birth of his second child on Wednesday.
The Liverpool midfielder is expected to join the rest of the 23-man squad later on Thursday.
Delph was absent from training as he is still recovering from a minor injury he suffered in Aston Villa's 4-0 FA Cup final defeat to Arsenal.
The Villa midfielder did some gym work with one of the England physios indoors instead.
England will stay at St George's Park for the rest of the week before flying to Dublin for Sunday's match and seven days later they fly to Slovenia for their final Euro 2016 qualifier of the season in Ljubljana.
Roy Hodgson's men are six points clear of second-placed Slovenia with five qualifiers left.
