Aston Villa v Crystal Palace 
Villa are without the suspended Fabian Delph, who failed in his bid to get his red card against Sunderland overturned, but Kieran Richardson and Gabby Agbonlahor are back following bans and Joe Cole could return after shaking off a hamstring injury.

Tom Cleverley (foot) and Ciaran Clark (back) will be assessed but Nathan Baker and Ashley Westwood (both knee) remain sidelined alongside Libor Kozak (leg).

Palace are without influential captain Mile Jedinak who has already linked up with Australia for their pre-training camp ahead of the Socceroos hosting the Asia Cup.

Striker Marouane Chamakh remains a doubt with continued thigh trouble.

Hull v Everton
Liam Rosenior is a doubt for Hull due to an Achilles problem. Fellow defender James Chester is available again after suspension but midfielder Mohamed Diame (knee) and centre-back Michael Dawson (hamstring) are still out.

Everton boss Roberto Martinez will monitor James McCarthy in training. The midfielder was withdrawn after 60 minutes in the 3-2 loss against Newcastle as a precaution and, according to Martinez, is still not ready to play a full 90 minutes.

Tim Howard faces up to six weeks out with a calf injury sustained against Stoke and John Stones and captain Phil Jagielka remain sidelined with ankle injuries.

Liverpool v Leicester
Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel is suspended with Kolo Toure likely to step in as a replacement. Fellow centre-back Dejan Lovren only returned to training this week after missing the last three matches with a groin injury and is more likely to feature in the weekend's FA Cup tie.

Captain Steven Gerrard returns to central midfield after being rested on Monday against Swansea.

Leicester are without suspended left-back Paul Konchesky after his sending off in their 1-0 win at Hull. Andy King is also sidelined with a thigh injury which is also likely to rule him out of Saturday's FA Cup tie with Newcastle but Jamie Vardy is back after a ban and Tom Lawrence is in the frame after his loan at Rotherham.

Kasper Schmeichel is out with his broken foot while Matt Upson (foot) will not return for a few weeks.

Man City v Sunderland 
Manchester City are hoping to tie up a loan agreement with sister club New York City to have midfielder Frank Lampard available. Fellow midfielder Yaya Toure is likely to return after missing the draw against Burnley on Sunday but captain Vincent Kompany, who has had calf and hamstring problems, remains on the sidelines.

Strikers Edin Dzeko (calf) and Sergio Aguero (knee) are not expected to return until later in January.

Midfielder Sebastian Larsson  is prepared to play through the pain barrier for Sunderland. The Sweden international limped off with an ankle problem 57 minutes into Sunday's 0-0 Premier League draw at Aston Villa but was expected to train on Wednesday to give himself a chance of retaining his place in Gus Poyet's team.

Fellow midfielder Liam Bridcutt was not so fortunate and will miss out after suffering concussion at the weekend, while full-backs Patrick van Aanholt (shoulder) and Anthony Reveillere (calf) are due to resume training on Monday.

Newcastle v Burnley
Striker Papiss Cisse misses out for Newcastle through suspension. The African Nations Cup-bound Senegal international starts a three-match ban after accepting a FA charge of violent conduct for elbowing Seamus Coleman during the 3-2 win over Everton.

Interim manager John Carver, who is in charge of the team because of Alan Pardew's impending switch to Crystal Palace, has no fresh injury problems, with full-back Davide Santon looking to shake off a calf problem suffered on Under-21s duty.

Burnley have striker Sam Vokes back in contention. Vokes recently returned from nine months out with a hamstring injury but was rested by Clarets boss Sean Dyche for Sunday's battling 2-2 draw at Manchester City.

Matthew Gilks is expected to pass a late fitness test after a bout of flu but Matt Taylor (Achilles), Michael Duff (calf) and Stephen Ward (ankle) are all still sidelined.

QPR v Swansea
QPR boss Harry Redknapp has no fresh injury concerns. Sandro and Alejandro Faurlin (both knee) are ruled out while Yun Suk-Young remains sidelined with an ankle injury and Adel Taarabt is not considered fit enough to play.

Rangers sit 15th in the table and will be hoping to secure their fourth win in their last five matches at Loftus Road.

Swansea pair Ki Sung-yueng and Wilfried Bony will make their final appearances before leaving for international duty. Midfielder Ki will be away for the next month leading South Korea at the Asian Cup in Australia while top goalscorer Bony will be at the African Nations Cup with the Ivory Coast.

Jonjo Shelvey is set to start a four-match ban after being charged with violent conduct by the Football Association for elbowing Liverpool's Emre Can at Anfield on Monday night, while Ecuador winger Jefferson Montero is absent with a hamstring problem.

Southampton v Arsenal
Ryan Bertrand will return for Southampton. The on-loan England full-back missed Saints' 1-1 draw with parent club Chelsea on December 28, but will slot straight back in with teenager Matt Targett dropping to the bench.

Saints have no new injury concerns but will miss influential France midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin, who is suspended after picking up a red card against Chelsea.

Danny Welbeck (thigh) is a doubt for Arsenal and Olivier Giroud continues to serve a three-match suspension, so Theo Walcott or Lukas Podolski could come into the attack.

Czech midfielder Tomas Rosicky is expected back in the squad having been rested for the midweek win at West Ham, but Aaron Ramsey (hamstring), Mikel Arteta (calf), Mesut Ozil (knee), Abou Diaby (calf), Jack Wilshere (ankle) and Serge Gnabry (knee) all remain sidelined.

Stoke v Man Utd
Bojan Krkic is a major doubt for Stoke. Bojan came off with a hamstring injury in the second half of Stoke's 1-0 victory at Everton on Boxing Day and the 24-year-old underwent a scan on Tuesday.

Phil Bardsley missed last weekend's 2-0 win over West Brom with an ankle problem and is likely to be absent again while Stephen Ireland (knee), Victor Moses (thigh) and Pete Odemwingie (knee) are all out.

Angel di Maria is back in training following his pelvic injury and could feature for United. Forward Adnan Januzaj (illness) and midfielder Ander Herrera (muscle problem) have also trained this week and may return. Marcos Rojo (thigh), Daley Blind (knee) and Marouane Fellaini (illness) are likely to miss out, however.

Tottenham Hotspur v Chelsea
Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino could rotate his squad again. Spurs made four changes following the Leicester win for the Manchester United draw and can be expected to make a similar number of switches as they bid to end a 10-match winless run against the Blues.

Kyle Walker, Danny Rose, Erik Lamela and Aaron Lennon are among those who could return to the starting XI.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has a full squad to choose from. The Blues boss has no injury concerns or suspended players as Chelsea go to White Hart Lane to play against a Spurs side who last beat them in April 2010.

Chelsea could keep changes to a minimum, with Sunday's FA Cup third-round tie with Watford a more likely opportunity to rotate front-line players out of the starting XI.

West Ham v West Brom
James Tomkins will miss out for West Ham through suspension having collected five yellow cards. The defender was cautioned in Sunday's 2-1 defeat to Arsenal to trigger the ban and manager Sam Allardyce has indicated James Collins will replace him.

Arsenal loanee Carl Jenkinson returns to the squad having been ineligible against his parent club, with Allardyce considering freshening up his starting XI following the hectic festive fixture list.
Caretaker head coach Rob Kelly is expected to pick the West Brom squad after the sacking of Alan Irvine on Monday.

But he is likely to be without Victor Anichebe for the trip to West Ham with the striker struggling with a groin injury.Georgios Samaras was again left out of the squad for the 2-0 defeat at Stoke, which marked the end of Irvine's six-month reign, but is available after being allowed home for personal reasons.
