Liverpool v Chelsea, 1245
Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard, fellow midfielder Jordan Henderson and forward Raheem Sterling are expected to be recalled.
The trio were among seven players left out of the midweek defeat at Real Madrid but not all are guaranteed to return. Good performances by the likes of centre-back Kolo Toure and forward Fabio Borini could see them retain their places.
Striker Diego Costa will start for the leaders despite being left out of the Spain squad to recover from his persistent hamstring trouble. Striker Loic Remy (groin) and midfielder John Obi Mikel (knee) are available following recent injuries, with Jose Mourinho having a fully-fit squad to choose from. Full-back Cesar Azpilicueta is available again after completing his three-match domestic ban.
Burnley v Hull, 1500
Steven Reid is available for Burnley after a groin problem. Midfielder Matt Taylor is back in initial training after an Achilles operation but is not ready to return to playing. Striker Sam Vokes is still working his way back from a serious knee injury.
Hull are not expecting any of their injured players back. That means third-choice goalkeeper Eldin Jakupovic will continue in place of Allan McGregor and Steve Harper, while Michael Dawson (ankle), Alex Bruce (hamstring), Nikica Jelavic and Robert Snodgrass (both knee) all sit out.
Gaston Ramirez is available again after being ineligible to face parent club Southampton last week.
Manchester United v Crystal Palace, 1500
United have a shortage of centre-backs with Marcos Rojo (shoulder), Phil Jones (shin), Chris Smalling (suspended) and Jonny Evans (ankle) unavailable, so midfielder Michael Carrick looks set to start in defence alongside either Tyler Blackett or Paddy McNair. Right-back Rafael (hamstring) is a major doubt for the match at Old Trafford and striker Radamel Falcao (leg) is out.
Captain Mile Jedinak must serve a one-match ban for Palace after being sent off against Sunderland on Monday. Wilfried Zaha is also unavailable under the terms of his loan deal from United but Damien Delaney is likely to return to the squad after illness kept him out of the Sunderland game.
Southampton v Leicester, 1500
Saints manager Ronald Koeman has no fresh injury concerns. Only James Ward-Prowse (foot) and long-term absentee Jay Rodriguez (knee) are missing with Sadio Mane pushing for a start having come off the bench late on in the win at Hull last weekend.
Leonardo Ulloa is set to figure for Leicester after being rested following a groin injury last week. The striker was on the bench for the 1-0 home defeat to West Brom but is primed to return.
Matt Upson (foot) is still out but Foxes boss Nigel Pearson is hopeful the defender, who is yet to play since joining in the summer, could return before Christmas.
West Ham v Aston Villa, 1500
West Ham striker Diafra Sakho is expected to return from a shoulder injury. England forward Andy Carroll could be in the squad for the first time this season following an ankle problem after playing in a midweek friendly. Defender Winston Reid will be assessed after suffering a dead leg during the draw at Stoke, but Guy Demel (thigh) remains sidelined.
Christian Benteke starts a three-match ban after his sending-off at home to Tottenham. Gabriel Agbonlahor, who was dropped for the game, is likely to come straight back into the team as the Belgian's replacement. Philippe Senderos could also return after he made his comeback to training on Thursday following a thigh injury but Fabian Delph (shoulder) and Alan Hutton (ankle) remain out.
QPR v Manchester City, 1730
QPR's Joey Barton and Nedum Onuoha could both return to face their former club. Barton and Onuoha are available again as is midfielder Jordon Mutch - all three missed the 2-1 defeat at Chelsea with hamstring problems. Rio Ferdinand is serving a three-match ban for comments made on Twitter while Alejandro Faurlin is a long-term absentee with a cruciate ligament injury.
City captain Vincent Kompany is out with a calf injury sustained in the midweek Champions League loss to CSKA Moscow. The problem is not thought serious but could put Kompany's participation in Belgium's upcoming Euro 2016 qualifier with Wales in doubt. Former England midfielder Frank Lampard has recovered from a thigh injury but playmaker David Silva (knee) and left-back Aleksandar Kolarov (calf) are out.

Sunderland v Everton, 1330
Jack Rodwell has recovered from a knock and could return for Sunderland, with fellow midfielder Lee Cattermole suspended.
Left-back Patrick van Aanholt is ruled out with a dislocated shoulder sustained in the win at Crystal Palace. Wes Brown, who replaced him during the Selhurst Park match, is likely to step in.
Everton midfielder Gareth Barry and full-back Seamus Coleman will undergo fitness tests - Barry has an ankle problem suffered in Thursday's 3-0 Europa League win over Lille, while Coleman was absent from the squad for that match after suffering a cut to his Achilles in the draw with Swansea. Kevin Mirallas (hamstring), Bryan Oviedo, Arouna Kone (both match fitness), Antolin Alcaraz (shoulder) and John Stones (ankle) remain unavailable.
Tottenham v Stoke, 1330
Aaron Lennon and Emmanuel Adebayor will be assessed after the pair were rested for Tottenham's midweek Europa League trip to Asteras Tripoli due to slight hamstring complaints. Kyle Walker continues to miss out following abdominal surgery, while Nabil Bentaleb is absent due to an ankle complaint.
Stoke have Peter Crouch and Phil Bardsley back from suspension, while Marc Muniesa is available after an ankle problem. Marko Arnautovic remains in line to feature despite breaking his hand but Dionatan Teixeira is out with a broken foot and Robert Huth (calf), Glenn Whelan (broken leg) and Peter Odemwingie (knee) remain sidelined.
West Brom v Newcastle, 1330
Jonas Olsson and Silvestre Varela are the only absentees for West Brom. Olsson is struggling with an Achilles problem while Porto loanee Varela is yet to regain fitness following groin surgery. Record signing Brown Ideye may come back into the squad after being left out completely in last week's 1-0 win at Leicester.
Midfielder Gabriel Obertan will miss out for Newcastle after tearing a thigh muscle. Winger Rolando Aarons is a doubt with an unspecified knock, while striker Papiss Cisse is working to shake off the effects of irritation from the screws used to repair his fractured kneecap. Midfield enforcer Cheick Tiote (calf) is likely to miss the next two weeks, joining central defender Mike Williamson (muscle strain) in the treatment room.
Swansea v Arsenal, 1600
Swansea's Jonjo Shelvey serves his second ban of the season, so on-loan Spurs midfielder Tom Carroll could deputise. Keeper Lukas Fabianski is set to play against his former club and Jordi Amat and Leon Britton have been added to the squad after knee injuries, although the game will probably come too soon for them to feature.
Arsenal have midfielder Jack Wilshere back from illness, but Mikel Arteta has been ruled out after suffering a hamstring injury against Anderlecht.
Theo Walcott is fit enough to start if he is selected, having made his first appearance since January as a substitute last weekend.
Laurent Koscielny (Achilles), Mesut Ozil (knee), Olivier Giroud (foot), Yaya Sanogo (hamstring), Mathieu Debuchy (ankle), David Ospina (thigh) and Abou Diaby (calf) are out.
