Ireland manager Martin O'Neill has called up QPR goalkeeper Brian Murphy to the senior squad for Wednesday's game against Serbia at the Aviva Stadium.
Murphy comes into the squad as cover for injured Newcastle stopper Rob Elliot.
The Waterford-born 30-year-old is uncapped at senior level, with the former Under 21 international last being called up as cover for the 2009 World Cup play-offs against France following the then withdrawal of Keiren Westwood.
