Eight ties will take place on Friday 31 May with Phoenix opting to play their game with Dundalk in the home of the Lilywhites in Oriel Park.
Six matches will be played on Saturday with holders Derry City facing Blarney United at O'Shea Park at 3pm.
Avondale will take on Sheriff in Avondale Park on Saturday 9 June, while Cork City's game with Kilbarrack United will be played in August due to the junior side's involvement in the FAI Umbro Junior Cup final.
