Bolton midfielder Keith Andrews has been named Senior International Player of the Year at the 23rd Three FAI International Football Awards which took place at the RTÉ studios.
Kevin Doyle’s goal against Kazakhstan during Ireland’s FIFA World Cup qualifier last September was voted the Three International Goal of the Year.
Wigan Athletic’s James McCarthy captured the Young International Player of the Year title.
Robbie Brady was crowned the U21 Player of the Year for the second year running, while Jason McGuinness was voted the Airtricity League Player of the year.
Former Republic of Ireland midfielder Kevin Sheedy was inducted into the FAI Hall of Fame, while Polish legend Zbigniew Boniek was awarded the International Personality of the Year award.
