Arsenal defender Andre Santos has been charged with dangerous driving, Scotland Yard have said.
The footballer, from Sao Paulo in Brazil, was arrested on 17 August by police in Mill Hill, north London, for allegedly driving erratically.
Yesterday, he answered police bail and was charged with dangerous driving and driving without due care and attention.
The 29-year-old, of Church Mount, Barnet, north London, will appear at Hendon Magistrates' Court on 27 September.
